THE specific BLOG
I myself have obviously never worn a bra…..that should not be a surprise.
I do have a lot of women come into my office who are constantly saying that they hold a lot of their stress in between their shoulder blades.
It’s no secret that people can definitely hold stress this way but it should also be noted that this area can be affected by the standard bra strap. Being a single man I don’t have much knowledge about bras other than people sometimes complain about them and say how great it feels to take them off at the end of the day. That’s enough information for me to know that they don’t sound pleasant at all!
At this point you’re probably confused as to what the hell this blog is even about. No I’m not telling you to not wear a bra….that would be ridiculous!
A little while ago I received a message in my instagram inbox from a woman who specializes in breaking up with your normal bra.
I did not know this was even something that existed or that people would even want to do.
Once I met Heather Schaefer I quickly understood what she meant.
That there was another option out there for women, that they don’t have to settle with the normal uncomfortable underwire bra. She explained how not only does this help with that terrible midback and upper back/shoulder pain but it is also healthier as a whole. If you are looking for more information on what we are talking about here then check out the video below.
If you have any questions let us know and reach out!
We will be having Heather in the office on Monday, February 17th to offer complimentary fittings. In the meantime I hope you enjoyed the video. We have some other fun plans in the future!
